Express Training Work one-on-one with a trainer for 30 minutes, two to three days a week. Do not be misled by the duration! This is an ideal time frame for the beginner or advanced athlete. Challenge your athleticism.

Buddy System Identical to Express Training but with 1, 2, or 3 other people respectively. A great way to receive support and save some money. Not bad for some friendly competition either!
